Queen’s Passing Tugs on All of Our Heartstrings
We were recently featured in Bucks County Herald following Queen Elizabeth's passing. Her Majesty's life was one of extraordinary dedication and service; after a lifetime of service, she leaves behind an unparalleled legacy.
As many of our guests know, there is a rich history to The Black Bass Hotel, which most notably includes George Washington and his Continental troops being turned away by the innkeeper of the Bass who was a steadfast Tory and loyal to the British Crown.
Many come to the Bass to view our vast collection of British Royalty remembrances. The next time you dine or stay with us, be sure to take a few moments to explore the cabinets filled with vintage memorabilia highlighting milestone events, various Royal portraits, and of course, our hand-painted lead soldiers in their Coronation Procession.
