The Black Bass Hotel and Restaurant is a proud sponsor of the Pine2Pink initiative, a Bucks County based organization raising funds to help support the brave individuals fighting breast cancer. During the month of October we will be donating a portion of proceeds from the sale of our Pink Lily and Pomegranate Fizz specialty cocktails as well as our dessert of Raspberry & Rose Opera Cake.
Enjoy our custom pink cocktails for a cause - the Pink Lily features Casamigos Tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice, simple syrup and Sparkling Rose. Or, enjoy our Pomegranate Fizz as our bartender, Jim, combines Ketel One Vodka, Cointreau, Pama Liquor, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and adds Sprite for the bubbles.
Our Raspberry & Rose Opera Cake dessert is certain to delight as our pastry chef layers thin layers of almond sponge with dark chocolate and rose ganache, and raspberry mousse. Savor even more knowing that you are benefiting a very important cause.
