1st Course – choice of:

Lobster Bisque
With crème fraiche and caviar

Wild Mushroom Soup
With Blue cheese crostini

Classic Caesar Salad
With romaine lettuce, anchovies, Locatelli cheese and croutons

Baby Spinach Salad
Served with bacon crisps, cooked egg, orange segments, candied walnuts, sliced mushrooms and red onion; choice of balsamic vinaigrette or honey mustard dressing

Poached Pear, Arugula and Endive Salad
Arugula with Belgian and curly endive, poached pear, spiced pecans and goat cheese in a port wine dressing


2nd Course – choice of:

Horseradish Stuffed Shrimp
Wrapped in smoked bacon with honey mustard sauce

Jumbo Lump Crab Cake
Served with roasted red pepper beurre blanc and fresh basil coulis

Baked Oysters Bienville
Served with a rich, creamy topping of shrimp, mushrooms and Locatelli cheese

Warm Stilton Blue Cheese Tart
With green apple and toasted walnuts

Salt and Peppered Crispy Squid
With shallot, garlic and sweet pepper cracklings


3rd Course – choice of:

Charleston Meeting Street Crab, Our Signature Dish
Classic au gratin with reduced cream, sharp cheddar cheese and sherry

Oven Roasted Sea Bass
In a Louisiana gumbo sauce with jumbo lump crab and crawfish tailmeat

Pan Roasted Halibut
With caramelized cauliflower and sautéed spinach in a golden raisin-caper emulsion

Seared King Salmon in a Red Thai Curry
With jumbo shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, sweet peppers and basil chiffonade

Lobster Stuffed Filet Mignon
Served with Stag’s Leap demi-glace and sauce Béarnaise

Roast Prime Rib Au Jus
Served with Yorkshire pudding

Pomegranate Glazed Grilled Lamp Chops
Served with sautéed spinach, couscous and roasted eggplant
