Join us for a sumptuous dinner featuring six courses paired with premium wines from Adelsheim Vineyard in Oregon’s Northern Willamette Valley.
First Course: Emerald Cove Oysters on the half shell with cucumber mignonette; paired with 2012 Adelsheim Pinot Blanc
Second Course: Grilled Summer Vegetable Terrine, with roasted red pepper-walnut purée; paired with 2012 Adelsheim Pinot Gris, Willamette Valley
Third Course: Grilled Arctic Char served over preserved lemon and asparagus risotto; paired with 2013 Adelsheim Rose, Willamette Valley
Fourth Course: Crispy Duck Confit with a sour cherry gastrique; paired with 2011 Adelsheim Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley
Fifth Course: Grassfed Beef Tartar served with an arugula pesto crostini; paired with 2011 Adelsheim Elizabeth’s Reserved Pinot Noir
Sixth Course: Chocolate Pearl Goat Cheese Parfait with red wine roasted plum sorbet; paired with 2012 Adelsheim Deglace
