The NEW Black Bass Hotel is a perfect combination of the old and the new! Come see for yourself!

The Black Bass Hotel is a renowned restaurant and inn on the banks of the Delaware River. Located in picturesque Lumberville, PA, just a few miles north of New Hope, the Hotel is celebrated equally for its fine dining, hospitality, rich history, and diverse collection of art and antiques.

The Black Bass has been providing fine food and lodging to area residents and world travelers for over 250 years. The various dining rooms, cozy tavern bar and period-furnished guest rooms emanate a Colonial spirit that has charmed thousands of guests over the years, including several early U.S. Presidents. Visitors have had the opportunity to sleep in the high bed of President Grover Cleveland’s favorite room, and have a seat at a unique pewter bar that once graced Maxim’s in Paris.

The restaurant and inn has been closed since September of 2007, and was purchased by area businessman, Jack Thompson in March of 2008. Renovations are currently underway to bring the building and grounds back to peak condition. Mr. Thompson is fully committed to preserving the historic integrity and character of the inn, and looks forward to welcoming guests back to the Black Bass.
